When you post a job, you can receive all candidate responses, or you may choose to prescreen candidates using LatPro’s filters. If you choose to use LatPro filters, which we highly recommend, each potential candidate’s profile is electronically evaluated against your job criteria, and only those candidates matching this criteria will be forwarded for your review.

LatPro filters are designed to make your job easier:

First, we provide some basic quality control: we make sure that all the resumes we forward are in the language you requested, have a cover letter (if you require one), have consistent format, and contain basic contact information.

Second, when creating your job posting, you are in complete control of the fields you want filtered. The fields we currently filter include: job function, industry experience, location, required salary, travel requirements, work authorization (i.e. citizenship or visas), education level, and employment type (permanent, temporary, or contract).
